A customer favorite is our yummy apple butter! We use an old time recipe that is absolutely delicious and contains NO sugar – that means it’s a healthier option for those with diabetes! Apple butter is a highly concentrated form of applesauce. We take painstaking efforts to cook it very slowly to reduce the water content in the apples – caramelizing it and turning the sauce into a rich, dark brown color with flavor that is scrumptious. It’s great on toast, muffins, pancakes, cottage cheese or in marinades and dips. The smell is amazing!
